Flourless Bread (Recipe)

A lot of people cannot imagine having a meal without eating bread with it and this is one of the main reasons why bread is among the most popular foods in the world. It is tasty and satisfying and there are a lot of different varieties available.

 However, according to dietitians and experts, we should exclude it from our diets. If you still want to continue eating it, you should opt for healthier versions that will be free of gluten and antinutrient phytic acid, like this bread without flour. You will love it!

Recipe for Flourless Bread

Needed:

4 eggs

90 grams of walnuts

100 ml of water

90 grams of flaxseed

90 grams of sunflower seeds

A pinch of salt

90 grams of sesame seeds

90 grams of pumpkin seeds

Half a tsp of baking soda

Loaf pan

Preparation: First, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and then add the baking soda and water and mix well. Then, ground all the seeds to make a fine powder and add it to the previous content. Put the mixture in a loaf pan and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes.
