Crunches

Lie on the floor with the lower back pressed onto the ground and then put the hands on the sides of head, but do not block the fingers or pull the head up. Then, elevate the shoulders off the floor and curl the legs towards the rib cage in the same time. Gradually, go back to the primary position. Do 5 or 10 sets with as many repetitions as you can.

Walkout from push-up position

While in a position for pushups, place the hands two inches wider than the shoulders and than walk forwards with the hands as much as you can and then go back. Do 12 repetitions. For additional belly burn, keep one leg up when you do the exercise.

Bicycle exercise

Lie on the ground with the lower back firmly pressed onto the floor. Put the hands lightly on each side of the head and lift the legs from the ground and bend them at the knees. Start pulling the right knee close to the rib cage with the left leg out. While bringing the right knee up, you need to try and meet the left elbow with the right knee. Next, take the right leg out and bring the left knee closer to the chest. Start elevating the upper body while the right elbow touches the left knee. Do 12 repetitions and 2 sets.

Squat thrust

Stand up straight and put the hands to the floor in front of the feet and jump with the feet to come into plank position; then jump with the feet back to the hands. Jump up from this position, similarly to a squat jump.

Jumping jacks

Breathe in and breathe out while jumping and do as quicker repetitions as possible for 30 seconds.

Cycling

This is one of the most effective ways to burn belly fat and to shape the abdominal muscles. Adding cycling to your workout regime will not just improve your overall body shape, but it will also lower your stress to a minimum.

Cardio workout

Brisk walking, dancing, kickboxing and running are the best when it comes to burning surplus calories by stimulating the heart rate. For optimal results, do half an hour of cardio exercises, 4 to 5 times per week.
